Know of an outstanding teacher who deserves to be recognised?
Nominate him or her for the President's Award for Teachers this year. The President's Award for Teachers is the nation's highest accolade in the teaching fraternity.
The award was introduced to recognise excellent teachers for their dedication and hard work in developing our young. The panel will be looking out for teachers who are dedicated to the welfare, character and moral development of students and who are also role models of continuous learning.They must also be role models of continuous learning and exemplars to both their students and peers in word and deed.
Nomination forms are available at our general office, you can make copies of the nomination form if you wish to nominate a few teachers. Alternatively, you may download the Nomination Form here (http://www.whitleysec.sg/eportal/attachment.php?attachmentid=4971&d=1265074906).
In your nomination forms, please give concrete examples and detailed descriptions of what the nominee has done to deserve the award.
Please submit hard copy of the Form to the General Office before Wednesday, 24 February.
