Dear parents/guardians,
This assignment is for all sec 2 students taking Home Economics in Semester 1. As we are celebrating Whitley's 45th Anniversary this year, this is an assignment for all students to complete to get them involve.
In groups of no more than 5, they are to submit a cookie recipe that is considered healthy. This recipe can be taken from the internet, recipe books, a family recipe or a new creation by the group.
All recipes must be submitted stating clearly the quantity & ingredients used, and methods to prepare the cookies.
After which, the teachers’ will select 3 best recipes, print it into mini recipe cards and *hire an external vendor to bake the cookies to present it to the VIPs for Whitley’s 45th Anniversary as gifts.
Students are to submit all recipes (typed & printed out) to either myself or Ms Chan by 1st March 2010, Monday.
